French designer CONSTANCE GUISSET, founder of her own studio in Paris, always looked for balance between ergonomics, delicacy and imagination. While designing the ether motif, CONSTANCE aimed to create a unique culinary experience: the graphic design evaporates in the mingling of light and shadow, framing the plates.
