The latter is also in the history of the Maison Baccarat and its private mansion. Indeed, Marie-Laure de Noailles, the owner of this place during this period, was actively involved in the expansion of this movement conducive to creativity, art and renewal. In this spirit the Charleston chandelier has been chosen to adorn the first Baccarat Hotel in New York. The color is a main element in the creation of this new collection.

Baccarat signature, the octagonal red ruby suddenly multiplies to adorn with a thousand lights the ZÉNITH clear and red crystal wall sconce in a unique and extraordinary color play. The vivid red is the result of the fusion of clear crystal and 24 K gold which gives it its vermillion luminescence. Baccarat’s red crystal sparkles with the glow of a thousand flames within the clear and flickers with all the craftsmanship and passion for perfection that went into its making. This Baccarat creation echoes the lavish coloured chandeliers in the Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul which has the largest collection of Baccarat chandeliers in the world.
Z√âNITH BLACK wall scone. PHILIPPE STARCK has restyled the Baccarat Z√©nith collection with his usual talent, reverting to the tradition of black crystal – a shade that reveals the power and sculptural dimension of this emblematic creation.
MILLE NUITS wall sconce TULIPE designed by MATHIAS. The sconce pivots 180 degrees, directing the glow anywhere between ceiling and floor, with the beveled cuts of the cup enhancing the light-scattering properties all the more. The TULIP wall sconce is available in luminous clear crystal, and Baccarat’s signature red hue. The Mille Nuits collection references the 1001 Tales of The Arabian Nights. The CANDY LIGHT wall light reflects his playful universe, with its fantasy and humour; available in small and large versions, complementing the lamps in the CANDY LIGHT collection that have already achieved Baccarat icon status.
ORCH wall scone. Designed by ARIK LEVY, the TORCH wall lamp topped by a lampshade with pleated taffetas was inspired by the emblematic Zénith chandelier, which it partly reinvents.
